When the MTI display has been enabled, the screen will be updated approximately once per second.
At this rate the manual bet buttons do not update too rapidly for you to respond.
Note, however, that if the market has a bet plan attached then behind the scenes this will still be progressed
at the usual fast rate for rapidly moving markets such as in-play horse racing.
