As the name suggests, the bet plan section titled ‘Horse Racing Conditions’ contains Bet1 trigger conditions that are applicable to horse racing markets only. The following options are available:
•Race Status - Available with BTX Ultimate. This is an optional condition and will only be applied by the BTX if you have ticked the box to enable it. A bet plan with this condition selected, can only be attached to a Horse Racing market that is taking place in countries GB or IE. The Betfair API reports the current status of each race in these countries and this option enables you to specify a particular status value that you require before placing a bet. The following values are supported by this option: “Going Down”, ‘At The Post”, “Going Behind” and “Off”. Please note that the status “Going Behind” only occurs with races where the horses are loaded into starting stalls, this will usually be flat races.
•Time After Race Status When the Race Status option has been selected on the bet plan, an additional option is made available: . This enables you to optionally specify a time period to elapse after the Race Status has occurred before placing the bet, for example it could be 30 seconds after ‘At The Post’.
•This Condition is for Horse Racing PLACE Markets Only - Available with BTX Ultimate. This is an optional condition and will only be applied by the BTX if you have ticked the box to enable it. A bet plan with this condition selected, can only be attached to a Horse Racing PLACE market. This option enables you to place a Bet1 condition on a selection in the PLACE market that is based on the price of that same selection in the corresponding WIN market. You can specify a price range in the WIN market that must be satisfied before a bet will be made on that selection in the PLACE market. Note that you does not need to load the WIN markets with the PLACE markets in order to use this feature, this is carried out by the BTX behind the scenes.
